PrecautionsWounds which are caused by arterial insufficiency or diabetes (primarily lower leg and foot) should be inspected regularly by a health care clinician. The use of cleansing agents other than physiological saline and water in combination with SureSkin Silver has not been demonstrated. Avoid use with electrodes or conductive gels (EEG/EKG). SureSkin Silver dressings must be removed prior to radiation treatment (X rays, ultrasound, diathery or microwaves) The use of SureSkin Silver dressing during pregnancy has not been tested. The use of SureSkin Silver on children has not been tested. |
