Mixer Operator

Reports to Production Night Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Follow mixing procedures
• Complete mixing paperwork
• Observe and record all mixing parameters
• Notification of supervisor if anything deviates from specifications
• Ensure Mixing Room remains clean according to specifications

Additional Responsibilities

• Complete Mixing Room temperature and humidity paperwork
• Projects as assigned by the Production Manager
• Be capable of lifting heavy material
• Returning all extra material to warehouse
• Complete Mixing Room Monthly Cleaning paperwork

Education, Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to speak, write and read English. Bilingual skills are a plus
• Flexibility to work overtime on Night Shift
• One year related experience in a production environment required
• Demonstrate ability to read, understand and apply the information contained on technical documentation, procedures.
