JACE BENDER–CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Bender joined the EuroMed team as Chief Financial Officer on August 1, 2007. Prior to joining EuroMed, Mr. Bender was the Chief Financial Officer for Icarz, a software development company servicing the automotive aftermarket. Mr. Bender started his career with American Cyanamid where he served in management capacities in both finance and marketing. At American Cyanamid, his primary focus was in their pharmaceutical and consumer products businesses. After the acquisition of American Cyanamid by Wyeth, Mr. Bender served as Director of Commercial Development for their medical device business. Mr. Bender also served as a financial executive for Wise Foods and assisted in the rebuilding and subsequent divestiture of that business for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co.
Mr. Bender holds a bachelors degree in accounting and finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from Boston University.

STEVEN POWELL–VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING
Steve joins us as our VP of Operations with over 23 years of diverse and successful production and operations experience, including 19 years working directly with Medical Devices. He graduated from Lehigh University in 1984 with a BS in Materials Engineering. Steve has held a variety of positions throughout his career that have progressed from Production Supervision and varied Engineering assignments to senior level Manufacturing and Operations positions. For the 6 years prior to joining Euromed, Steve held the position VP of Manufacturing and Board of Directors member for Bio-Chem Fluidics based in Boonton, NJ and Cambridge, UK.
Steve has extensive cellular manufacturing, Lean, JIT, and manufacturing leadership experience. Additionally, Steve brings to Euromed extensive product launch, organizational development, and ERP implementation experience that has been realized at companies ranging in size from small privately held “re-starts” to 3 billion dollar organizations like Stryker where he spent 10 years earlier in his career.

STEVEN HARTNACK–VICE PRESIDENT OF WORLDWIDE SALES
Steven Hartnack serves as Euromed’s leader of Sales and Customer Service. Mr. Hartnack joined us in early 2006 and has been instrumental increasing revenues 26% in 2006 and 27% in 2007. He serves as an executive member of Euromed’s management team. His background combines Sales and operational leadership expertise with broad business experience in multiple industries. He has successfully run $100 million plus businesses as Division President and been instrumental in turnaround/ change management of companies. He skillfully aligns his team with the needs of the customer to bring true benefits to the clients of Euromed. His prior work experience encompasses, Executive Management, Business Development, Marketing, CRM, Strategic planning, Customer Care, Governmental Sales and overall company margin.
Mr. Hartnack received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in Accounting.

RICHARD LOVELL–DIRECTOR OF MARKETING/SALES STRATEGIES
Richard Lovell serves as EuroMed’s Director of Marketing and Sales Strategies. Mr. Lovell’s background combines clinical expertise with broad business experience in the medical device industry. He has prior work experience in the areas of wound care, ostomy, and incontinence and has held a variety of positions in professional services, product management, business development and global marketing at Convatec, a Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Prior to joining ConvaTec, Mr. Lovell was a clinical instructor in GI and GU Oncology and Director of the Enterostomal Therapy educational program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Mr. Lovell received his Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and his Masters degree from New York University.

SIMON S. CHAN, JD–DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Simon S. Chan, JD serves as Director of International Development. Prior to joining Euromed, Inc., Mr. Chan served as Consultant and Director of Business Development for Pulse Metric, manufacturer of non-invasive hemodynamic devices for cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes. As a consultant, Mr. Chan instituted $5 million venture capital funding for a New Jersey medical device company. As a Director of Business Development, he established over $35 million of business development, clinical development and product management during his tenure.
Mr. Chan brings expertise to Euromed for establishing international contracts, regulatory know-how and distribution networks to expand SureSkin brand. Within a short period, Mr. Chan has established potential partnerships with leading Asian, South American, and Middle Eastern companies.
Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology from University of California, San Diego. Mr. Chan received a dean’s scholarship for graduate study in Thailand for international business. Mr. Chan also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law.

RAVI RAMJIT, PH.D–MANAGER, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Dr. Ravi Ramjit serves as Head of Research and Development at Euromed Incorporated—joining in 2007. Prior to taking this position, he was a Product Development Engineer. Within a short period, Ramjit was promoted to Manager of R&D where he focused on bringing innovation to, and expediting product development. His knowledge of product development for medical devices via Design Control, regulatory requirements (FDA, CE), risk assessment, has allowed him to spearhead projects ranging from Silver Hydrocolloid OTC Bandages to Foam Plus (patent pending) wound dressings as well as product development concepts relating to Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) and Botanical Wound Healing. Ramjit aims to develop a solid research and development foundation within Euromed, whereby innovative product development will lead to next generation wound healing technologies. He leads a team of six engineers from various disciplines including mechanical, biochemical, and electrical engineering.
Ramjit holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic University, Engineering Institute of New York University where he also earned an MS in Biomedical Engineering and BS in Chemistry/Biomedical Science. His dissertation involved working with “nanomotors” responsible for transcribing DNA and eventually producing every protein found in the body. During his post-doctoral training, he worked in the distinguished laboratory of Dr. Stephen Arnold in the Microparticle Photophysics Laboratory for BioPhotonics (MP3L). There he was part of an interdisciplinary team whose goal was to detect potent viruses using a custom-built, state-of-the-art optics based biosensor. Ramjit has authored publications in various scientific journals including Nano Letters and Faraday Discussions.
